Jean-François Formela, MD

J.F. Formela, a partner at Atlas Venture since 1993, focuses on pioneering drug discovery and therapeutics in the US life sciences sector. Cofounding IFM Therapeutics and Korro Bio, he also guides ventures like Ikena Oncology and Scorpion Therapeutics. With a notable investment track record, including Adnexus and Intellia Therapeutics, J.F. earned his MD from Paris University School of Medicine and an MBA from Columbia University. He actively advises the Mass General Brigham Innovation Advisory Board.
