Kejie Li, PhD

Kejie Li is the Head of Data Science at Triveni Bio, bringing over 14 years of combined experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and academia. He specializes in computational biology, omics data analysis, human genetics, and drug discovery research and development. He has contributed to high-impact research in single-cell RNA sequencing, spatial transcriptomics, and deep learning applications in computer vision. Prior to joining Triveni Bio, he held roles at Atlas Venture startup and Biogen. He also completed a postdoctoral fellowship in the Chemical Biology Program at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. Kejie earned his PhD in Computational Biology from Purdue University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Sichuan University.
