Jill Sincaglia

Jill Sincaglia leads Triveni’s Human Resources function and brings over 20 years of experience in all facets of Human Resources including talent management, organizational design, culture, employee engagement and total rewards. Prior to joining Triveni, Jill held leadership positions at several biopharmaceutical companies including ImmunoGen, Sarepta Therapeutics, Rubius Therapeutics and SalioGen Therapeutics. Jill holds a BS in Art and Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University. She is also a certified Executive Coach.
